Q. What are the product benefits?
Balmshell is a high-end conditioning formula. It contains jojoba oil that brings moisture to your lips and lanolin oil that locks it in.
No artificial preservatives Perfume-free. Balmshell is slightly flavoured with an all-natural hint of fruity vanilla.
All 10 shades are non-sticky and sheer, but vary in sparkle and shimmer. This unique formula creates a smooth high gloss finish to enhance and give the appearance of full supple lips.
A tight thread or seal is designed to prevent the product from leaking and from bacteria contaminating the formula.
Each Balmshell shade has a unique personality. It comes in a distinctively packaged tube that contains a floating illustration unique to each shade and storyline. Whatever your personality or mood, there is a Balmshell shade to match you.
Q. I have a bubble in my float art?
Bubbles are created with extreme temperature change. In cold climates the bubbles will disappear when warmed up to room temperature. Bubbles created by extreme heat unfortunately do not disappear.
Q. My slider doesn't slide
Try tapping the float art a few times or warming it up it your hands.
Q. What is the liquid in the float art?
It is mineral oil which is NOT toxic.
Q. Why does it take so many turns to open the lip gloss?
We decided to put a tight thread on the lip gloss wand to prevent the product from leaking and from bacteria contaminating the formula.
